I've always had a passion for writing and have been doing so sporadically from a young age. I began writing my first novel during my senior year of high school and succeeded in getting it published during my freshman year of college at Austin Peay State University. An avid reader, I also enjoy curling up with a good book just as much (if not more so) than I do penning my own stories.
I've been blessed enough to receive some recognition throughout my life for my literary endeavors. In addition to winning various essay contests throughout my high school years, I was also selected to attend the Tennessee Governor’s School for the Humanities at the University of Tennessee at Martin.
